Customer service was great. After my order was placed, I requested a substitution and it was accommodated without issue. Much appreciated. These are cute and eco.

Have already ordered two sets of sponges (a couple of each type) I LOVE them. The Terry backed towels are great for grimy or dusty things. I got my hood vent super clean from greasy dust that was hard to get off. Very good quality. I’m thinking about ordering more for wedding gifts. ❤️
