How long will my order take?

The time we need to design and dispatch an order can vary. For further information, please see each individual listing.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns as each order is handmade and bespoke to the customer. However If you do have any problems, please feel free to get in contact with us directly and we will do our best to help.

What colours can I order?

The majority of our prints are designed in Black and we specify within each listing if they are available in other colours. However, if there is a particular design and colour you require that we don’t have listed, please get in contact with us and we will do our best to help.

Can I personalise the print as much as I want?

Absolutely! We love customers taking our designs and personalising them to their requirements. Just pop in the personalisation you would like in the ‘notes’ section when placing your order. If we have any other questions, we’ll drop you an email to make sure the item you receive is exactly what you want.

Do the frames come with your prints?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer frames with any of our prints. The reason for this is that the cost of the frames, combined with the additional P&P costs would make them a lot more expensive than they would be if you purchased them yourselves. We do however print all our prints in standard sizes (A4 and A5), therefore there are a wide range of frames available that you will be able to pop our prints in.

Are there any frames you recommend for your prints?

We get this question a lot! We recommend that our customers look at both Wilko, Hobbycraft and IKEA for their frames. Not only do they have a fantastic choice of designs and colours etc but they are also really reasonably priced!

What quality of paper are the prints printed on?

You may have been wondering what the term ‘GSM’ means in all the product descriptions. GSM stands for ‘Grams per Square Metre’ and the higher the number, the heavier and thicker the paper will be. All our prints are printed on 220GSM which is a good quality paper for prints. To give you a comparison to this, most A4 paper is 80GSM, therefore our paper is much thicker than this.

What is the difference between a ‘Print’ and a ‘Download’?

Good question! You will notice that across our store we have some duplicate listings, one that is a ‘Print’ and the other that is a ‘Download’. A ‘Download’ is a digital file that can be downloaded and printed easily at home or locally using printing specialists. This is an economical way to purchase artwork and is a good option for someone that already owns a high quality printer. The ‘Print’ option on the other hand is exactly that, not only will we design your print but we will then also print it on high quality paper, package it up nicely and pop it in the post for you to them frame yourself.

If I order a Digital Print, can I make changes to the design once I've received it?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer changes to a design once you have received your digital file. If you would like to make an additional design change, this can be done at an additional cost of £2 per amend.
