How will you post my package?

I always send orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post unless you have chosen the 1st class delivery/tracked or recorded upgrade at the checkout. Please be patient as Royal Mail are a little slower than usual at the moment. Higher value orders will automatically be sent via tracked delivery.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Please contact me directly and I will do what I can to rectify your problem.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

No unfortunately at this point I only ship to the UK.

What if my delivery has not arrived?

Please contact me and I will raise a dispute with Royal to try and find out what has happened and try and find out the whereabouts of your parcel. Replacements will not be sent out until I hear back from Royal Mail or in some instances a full refund will be given.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the event that your order has been damaged during transit, please contact me, I will require photos of the damaged packaging and item in order to raise a dispute/claim with Royal Mail.

I placed an order but changed my mind, can I cancel it?

If you place an order by mistake or change your mind, please let me know within 1 hour of purchasing and I will refund you, in the event that you let me know after I have dispatched your order, I can provide you with a return address for you to return the order (postage costs paid for by you), and once I receive the order back in its original condition and unopened, I will refund you no problem.

How do I cleanse my Crystals?

Cleansing crystals – Always cleanse crystals when you receive them before using them as they can absorb energy during transit. You can do this by using the selenite stick in the pack, selenite will cleanse other crystals so you can simply lay it across or touching the other crystals for maybe a few hours. The quickest way to cleanse would be to waft your crystals through sage smoke, maybe for 2 minutes each crystal. Or you can leave them out in the moonlight. I never suggest washing them or sunlight as sunlight can fade some crystals, and not all crystals like getting wet, this can lead to damage/rust.

How do I program my Crystals?

Programming crystals – Crystals need to be dedicated to the purpose in which you need them for, which basically means focusing your energy on each crystal to tell it what you want it to do. For example if you hold your sodalite, sodalite is associated with the throat chakra, so this is for helping you to communicate better, speak with more confidence etc..so you could hold your sodalite, or even place it on your throat and imagine light surrounding it, think about what you want the crystal to do for you and say something like “I program this crystal to make me more confident with speaking”. Once you feel you have done that and have focused on it for some time, just keep the crystal with you or near you.

Do you offer a gift tag or wrapping service?

Unfortunately, not at this point. The "add a note to the seller" option at the checkout is not a gift tag or wrapping service. So please don't place an order and then add requests onto it to be wrapped or notes to be written as the cost of my items doesn't allow for this. Thank you.

One Sodalite, information card and organza bag 💙

Sodalite can help you find the words and thoughts that you need to communicate with others, this stone can also be used when wanting to communicate with the spiritual realm. It can bring calmness to the mind, encourages truth, intuition and rational thought. It is such a calming stone and helps to bring emotional balance too and aids in reducing anxiety and panic attacks! It's a beautiful stone which promotes self-acceptance, self-trust and boosts self-esteem. It balances the metabolism and helps you to make better food choices, boosts the immune system, reduces blood pressure, helps with insomnia and treats the throat/vocal cords.

Approximately 2 - 3cm in size (medium).

What you will receive:
(1) of the crystals pictured inside of a small organza bag.
(1) crystal information card with your crystal meaning on it. (1 with each crystal)
(1) handmade card explaining how to cleanse and use your crystal. (1 per order)
(1) handmade thank you card with your name on it. (1 per order)

Organza bag colours may vary.

Remember that crystals are not a replacement for medical treatment and illnesses should always be looked at by a Doctor.

All crystals contain their own unique imperfections which does not affect their properties in any way.

All crystals that I sell are ethically sourced.

**Remember to always cleanse your stones when they arrive and as many times as you feel necessary after use. The safest ways I recommend are to either waft them through sage smoke for a couple of minutes or leave them out in the moonlight overnight, this will cleanse and recharge them. I never wash them, not all stones and crystals like getting wet**
