Countdown to Christmas! This Hexagon Advent Calendar is an easy project for the holidays and there is NO piecing involved! Quilting is done at the same time as stitching the hexagons to the background fabric. It's similar to a quilt-as-you-go method. My unique hexagon technique has no hand stitching and uses a stay-in, fiber-based stabilizer so you don't have to remove any papers.

Fill each hexagon shape with small treats, toys or notes filled with activities to celebrate the holidays. Includes 28 activity ideas! Templates for the hexagons and numbers are also included.

Includes instructions to make a 18" pillow top using 16 hexagons arranged in the shape of a tree along with detailed steps for spectacular quilting.

Both projects are charm square friendly.

This pattern has been very frustrating to download. I have tried several approaches and I get returned to the shop page. I finally got it to download but I want to save it to my Etsy file and again I’m having difficulty. There’s got to me a more direct route. The pattern and directions are wonderful, but downloading it has been a nightmare.
