Returns and exchange details

Returns are accepted and refunds given in the form of store credit. The item must be returned to me within 7 days of receiving it, and the buyer must send me a message letting me know that they are sending it back. Unclaimed international returns: if an item is shipped back due to the fact that it was left unclaimed at customs, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Alternately, the buyer can choose to repay shipping costs and have the item shipped to them again. All clearance items are a final sale; no returns or exchanges are permitted.

I gave you a wrong or incomplete address. What should I do?

Buyers are responsible for providing a correct and updated address. If a package cannot be delivered due to a wrong address or if the post office deems the address "undeliverable", it is up to the post office of the receiving country to return the package or not. If the package is returned to us, buyers may have their package forwarded to the correct address for the cost of additional postage or they may receive a refund minus the cost of postage. "Return to sender" packages may take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months to be returned. Wrongly addressed packages which are not returned to us will not be refunded.

Sizing and Condition Details

All of our items are pre-loved authentic vintage, and you will receive the exact item as shown in the photos. We give a fit estimate for every item we list, but please double-check the measurements to ensure it will fit you. The best way to tell if an item will fit properly is to compare the given measurements to a garment you already own. Vintage sizing varies from modern, so often the size on the tag is not accurate for today. Everything we sell is 20+ years old has been worn before, so minor signs of age and wear are to be expected. Any flaws besides general wear including stains, tears, or holes will be noted.

Express Mail Service is available (4-5 working days to the EU and 6-8 days to overseas destinations), but it is more expensive than regular mail (depends on the weight of the package). In case you need your order quickly and would like a shipping upgrade to Express delivery, please contact us before you place the order and we will advise you on the additional cost.

You are responsible for providing a secure place for delivery; if your neighborhood is not safe, please route your package to your work place or get a post office box. !!! IF THE DELIVERY TRACKING SHOWS YOUR PACKAGE AS "DELIVERED" TO YOU OR YOUR ADDRESS AND IT WASN'T YOU WHO RECEIVED IT, WE DO NOT HOLD THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU NOT RECEIVING THE PACKAGE.
