What is the file format? Will I receive a physical item?

Upon purchase you will be able to download a JPEG image. No physical item will be shipped.

Are the images high resolution?

Yes! All my mockups are high resolution JPEG files.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes I do! Currently I'm only doing custom request for real, physically photographed products with an AI-generated background or scene.

What kind of license or usage agreement is included in my purchase?

This purchase includes a limited-use, non-exclusive license. Mockup Hub LLC retains full ownership and copyright of the image, whether fully real or a real product shown with an AI-enhanced background. Buyer may not sell, loan, lease, transfer, or give away the image, or let any third party use it. Buyer may not use the image online or in print without first overlaying their own design. Use is limited to normal business or personal purposes. Buyer may not use the image to promote any mockup, styling, or photography service other than Mockup Hub LLC. For AI-enhanced listings, Buyer is responsible for ensuring their own listing accurately represents the actual product.

Are any of your mockups AI-generated?

Some listings feature a real, physically photographed product with an AI-generated background or scene. These are always labeled as "AI-Enhanced" in the listing title and description, and the listing photo itself discloses this per Etsy's AI content policy. Any listing not marked this way is fully real — the product, background, and scene were all physically photographed by me, no AI involved. You can always check a listing's title and first line of the description if you're unsure which type you're purchasing.

The Buyer understands they may not use the image to promote anything related to mockups, styling, or photography, other than Mockup Hub. The Buyer may alter the image in the following ways: overlay their own product design, overlay their own text or pdf, overlay their own watermark, crop the image, resize the image, rotate the image, and add color filter overlays to the image. The Buyer may use the image on social media platforms, their website, blog, or anywhere else they need to market their business.
