I do offer custom orders. You can just send me a message via Etsy and tell me what it is that you are looking for. I will then send you an invoice. Processing time is the same - 1 to 3 business days.

What are your shipping charges?

I charge a flat $3.00 charge for United States Shipping and international shipping is based on your address. Just email me your address and I will let you know what the charge will be

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes I do. Again, the cost depends on your zip code. Email me your address and I will get a cost to you right away.

What if my package was lost and/or stolen?

Sprinkles and Wishes is not responsible for packages that state delivered and are missing. Orders cannot be returned due to shipping delays by usps that our out of my control. I DO NOT REFUND/ RETURN DUE TO SHIPPING DELAYS. Please always double check to make sure your address is correct. Once the item is shipped I'm not able to change the address. Once the item has been returned back to me I will have to charge an additional shipping fee to ship to corrected address. USA SHIPPING ONLY. Because I'm not familiar with other countries laws, I DO NOT ship internationally. Shipping UPS requires additional shipping costs as it is more expensive. Please message me with any questions. We ship with USPS.

I recommend signing up for text alerts so you will be notified when you package is being delivered** Here is my store policy if your package is in delivery status yet you don't see your package; 1) I recommend waiting a few days. Sometime USPS scans early and puts it in their truck. 2) Still don't see your package. Notify me. I will put in a help desk ticket through USPS. They will respond back to me within 2-3 business days. They can give GPS cordinates of where your package was scanned. Your local USPS will be able to give you more detailed information then what my local USPS can give me. Please note first class mail doesn't contain insurance. USPS insurance does NOT cover theft. 3) If you suspect theft I recommend filing a police rep
