Custom and personalised orders

I do accept returns on CUSTOM orders if you find they don’t fit due to incorrect customer measurements. I will have to charge to make alterations. This varies from £5-£25 depending on the alterations needed. Or there will be a 10% re-stocking fee charged if you request a refund. If a wrong STANDARD size is ordered due to not measuring up in advance, you can return for refund but a 10% re-stocking free will be charged. ALL RETURNS COSTS WILL BE MET BY THE CUSTOMER

There is a chart for the full range of measurements on the sherpa and polar fleece listings. These specify the back length, neck circumference, chest circumference and waist circumference. So please measure up before you order your chosen size. Or choose the customised option if your between sizes and pop your all your measurements in notes to me. Other listings ask that you choose the back length your dog falls within for a price guide. But I still require all your dogs measurements in order to make the coat up.

All my coats require a 30 degree wash with the exception of the traditional wax which cannot be machine washed. This wax is only wipeable and will need re-waxing like a traditional wax jacket. The harness’ can take a cool hand wash in the sink and a drip dry. Please do not tumble dry any items.

There’s a bias binding edging that their furry ears go though, with elasticated under the chin toggle tighter. With a cute little bone button to keep the toggle on.

Great for shielding the eyes and keeping the sun off noses!
