Processing times is the time it takes to make and/or prepare your order for transit. The processing time does not include transit time which does vary. Please see product listings for our current processing time. We do not guarantee shipping times for any third party transit service

My items are created with high quality outdoor grade vinyl film (The same material used for car decals). Therefore, I recommend light hand washing and refrain from harsh chemicals or scrubbing of the design. So please take special care when washing your unique gift.

This is and outdoor grade film with a more aggressive solvent based adhesive. The lifespan is approximately 7 years as long as proper care is taken.

What if there is something wrong with my order?

Please contact me within 7 days of item delivery if there is anything wrong with your order. Any requests after the 7 days will be void. Thank you so much for understanding.

How does the confetti stick to the sides?

Air VS Helium AIR: Filling a confetti balloon with air is the easiest way to get your confetti to cling to the sides of your balloon. However, this option does not allow you balloon to float. Still is a very pretty room scatter and decoration. (I recommend air filling due to helium being so finicky) HELIUM: Using a balloon pump add a few puffs of air first and the rest helium. The air will help the confetti cling to the sides of the balloon and the helium will allow it to float. IMPORTANT, only using helium will cause the confetti to pool at the bottom of the balloon.

**Please be advised** Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We are working very long hours to ensure packages are going out as quickly as possible to help offset delays. However, we do not control the transit companies and DO NOT make any delivery date guarantees on their behalf. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
