Gift wrapping and packaging

If you purchase gift wrapping I will wrap your parcel in environmentally friendly kraft wrapping paper and twine, and add a personal hand written card with my details on. Any included gift message will be hand written on a kraft paper tag and added to your parcel. If requested I can do Christmas gift wrapping if purchased, with brown paper, red and white coloured string, and a Christmassy gift message. I have stock of tissue paper also, so if you would rather your item gift wrapped in tissue paper then please let me know!

Shipping / Delivery Information

Standard second class shipping is free to anywhere in the UK, delivery upgrade is available for first class delivery if you need it sooner. I will also ship internationally using only international tracked and Signed due to the distance of travel. If you are wishing to buy a couple of items message me and I may be able to give a discount on the shipping, depending on the weight of the items that are of interest. It is hard to estimate the exact weight and price it will be until they are packaged, however, i will do my best. * Due to the coronavirus all parcels may be delayed, please allow up to a week or so for UK shipments, and 3-5 weeks more than usual for international * this is only an estimate and not a guarantee.

I only accept returns / refunds if the item/s have been damaged during delivery, i will require a photograph of the damage first. Refunds will not include any shipping costs that have been paid out, even if stated free, only the price of the item/s. Buyers are responsible for the postage of return and need to be returned in original packaging. Proof or posting ( picture of postage receipt ) will be required once posted. Refunds will only be given once I received the returned item in its same condition / undamaged. Message me: 3 days of delivery Post item/s back within: 7 days of delivery If your item has been lost in the post for an adequate amount of time I will grant refunds or will accept an exchange for an item of similar value

I do accept custom orders, please message me and I will see what I can do for you. Payment will be required before I begin the custom order, or a deposit at least. Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted once I have begun the process of making the item/s.

I only accept cancellations if requested before I ship the item. If you request a cancellation after I have already posted the item, I cannot give you a refund, unless the item is returned back to me once you have received it. The cost of the return will be your responsibility and the item must be returned in one piece in the same condition, and must be shipped as the same profile as I first shipped it as, for example, 1st class or tracked and Signed. Refund will only be given once I have received the item back in good condition. I also cannot accept cancellations on custom made or made to order items if I’ve already started the process of making them.

This is a wall hanging/ wind chime i have created using natural driftwood and rare shades of sea glass i have collected from Cornish beaches. I have secured the driftwood and sea glass together so i could hang them from natural twine and also create a loop at the top to be hung from.
There are five strands coming from the driftwood piece which contain different colours of sea glass including rare teal, rare turquoise, dark sea foam, light blue sea foam and white.
There are 25 pieces of sea glass in total hanging from the driftwood, that are unique as they all differ in colour, shape and size.
Therefore, i feel this item would be perfect for inside of outside the home to create a seaside feel, or to act as a wind chime with the sounds of the sea glass in the wind.
