- Our standard shipping option is NOT tracked, no tracking number or shipping information will be available unless you upgrade to our recommended tracked shipping option at checkout. Standard shipping is in a stamped envelope.
- Postal services world wide are extremely affected by various issues, and we have just been advised to expect even further delays during 2025. We do ask that you allow up to 4 months for delivery of untracked order. WE CAN NOT CONTROL THIS

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:
- We do not offer cancellations but can exchange the type of card if you have accidently ordered the wrong kind. This can only be done before dispatch. This does not include orders with personalisation. Printing of names can not be undone.
- For personalised orders, please enter the name as you would like to see in on the card, double check spelling, once printed these can not be changed. Orders without a name will have the name of the postal address added as default.
- Please make sure you enter the correct address including house number and street name. You address will be written exactly as it is on your order. If you enter an incorrect address and it is dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. If orders are return to us due to non-delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- Due to issues with postal services world wide delivery of untracked orders can take up to 4 months.
- Unless you upgrade your shipping option at check out, your order will be shipped UNTRACKED. We will not be held responsible for delayed or missing mail of UNTRACKED orders. We do recommend that you upgrade to our tracked service.
