If your child suffers from debilitating anxiety like mine, these printable cards may be a lifesaver. My little girl has frequent panic attacks and through therapy, she has learned several breathing and calming techniques.

I decided to put these techniques on a card and print and laminate them for her. She references her card whenever she's having a tough moment. I hope these cards can bring you and your child some relief, as well.

Once cut, cards are roughly 4.25” wide and 5.5” tall. There are no pre-printed cut guidelines for these.

I suggest printing on cardstock and laminating your cards. They are great for kids to carry around with them!

This download is two pages in Adobe PDF format; they can be printed front and back. I am not able to troubleshoot technical issues.
