Damage during the shipment

In the case of damage during the shipment of the package, I will refund you the money for your purchase in the amount of damage. You will need to provide photos of the damage to the item.

If the status of the parcel is "in transit" for more than 30 days from the date of dispatch, and the package is not delivered to you, I apply to search for the parcel to the postal service. If your package is not delivered to you within 2 months from the date of filing the wanted statement, I will refund you the money for your purchase. Thank you for understanding!
