When will my order be ready to ship?

Production times are stated in each individual listing. Some items are ready to ship super fast, while others take a little bit more time for us to create. The "Ready to Ship in" time frame shown for each item reflects the production time needed before your order can be shipped. All production times are stated in "business days" which is Monday through Friday. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). Once your item has shipped, you will receive a notification email from us. If your item includes tracking, the link for this will be included in your shipping email. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking link to update.

What shipping options are offered?

All of our products are shipped with tracking included. An upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available for faster arrival. (Please note: Selecting the Priority Mail upgrade DOES NOT shorten the production time on your item, only the shipping time once we have delivered your package to the USPS) We source high quality shipping materials to insure your products arrive to you safely. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by a shipping carrier. Should either occur, please reach out to us for replacement options. Photos of damaged items and packaging may be requested - do not discard products or packaging before contacting us!

How long will my package take to arrive once shipped?

• USPS Ground Select (Includes Tracking): 2-6 business days • Priority Mail: 2-4 business days The travel time estimates listed are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how quickly it arrives to it's destination. We do not offer refunds due to shipping delays. Please allow for additional transit time during holidays and severe weather. Shipping travel times DO NOT include the time it takes for us to make your item. For production times, please see the listing details of your item specifically.

How do I change the shipping address on my order?

Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. If you need to change the address on your order, please contact us immediately. Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping costs to re-ship the order to the correct address. Upon receipt of a returned package, we will attempt to contact the buyer to arrange for re-shipment

• Please be aware that some plastic and/or textured surfaces may not be compatible with vinyl decals. If you have a plastic mailbox or other surface that has a texture, it may be difficult to adhere a vinyl decal properly.
• If you have painted your surface, allow 1-2 weeks for the new paint to cure before applying your vinyl decal.
• Paint products that are low VOC, no VOC, or contain stainguard/stainblockers may not allow vinyl adhesive to adhere properly.
• Cold surfaces may cause transfer difficulty during your application. If your surface is cold, it is recommended that you warm it before applying your decal.
• All devices display colors differently. For this reason, colors on your physical product may differ slightly from those seen on your screen.
