The detail on these two little Cassette Tapes really has to be seen to be believed - any more authentic and you'd be back in the '80's, breaking up with your girlfriend/boyfriend and high speed dubbing for all your worth in sheer amazement at the glories of Modern Technology. Ah, those were the days…

I loved making these cassette tapes, really wanted to get in all the tiny details in a homage to a little piece of plastic that 30 years ago introduced me to Deep Purple and Led Zep. And ELO (it's ok, I can admit it now). There are tiny little screws carved into each corner of the tapes, and I also got in the little teeth mechanism that turned the tape round and round (and also where you had to poke your pen lid to wind up all the tape that had been chewed up by your dodgy Walkman). And I thought two looked better than one so there you go, you get two.

They measure just under 1" across and 1/2" high. If you look carefully, they even have the little runners on the side of the cassette to guide them into the tape deck. Super cool.

Hand carved, cast in solid white bronze and then thickly silver plated. Long Live the Mix Tape.

The cassettes come on your choice of chain or leather - all leather necklaces are adjustable and come with our signature Lost Apostle clasp (shown in the last photo).
