I do not accept returns as these are personalised and custom orders. We don't accept frame returns or exchanges as they are made to order and can not be resold, please make sure you order the correct size.

I only accept cancellations within 3 hours due to me starting your custom order.

We are happy to offer replacements for damaged items, these need to be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Customers Giving Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your address or a recipients address, we can't offer free replacement orders if you have put the wrong address on your order. We'll do our best to update the address before sending but our printing system is automated and they are often labelled and packed before you get a despatch email, we send out 100's each week and its impossible to find a individual order. We cannot issue a refund or free replacements if the wrong address was wrong when you ordered. We have had to take this stance due to the large number of claims for refunds, this is now our address policy without any exceptions.

We use your photo as the basis to create the venue sketches. All our venue portraits are created digitally to emulate the watercolour/pencil illustrations, using professional artist software. They are not hand drawn, hand painted or AI generated, we do it this way so we can make easy amendments and provide copy's if the original goes missing or is damaged in the post.

If you are unsure if your photo is suitable please message us the photo so we can check it.

There may be "Add On charges" depending on the amount of modifications required within your order.

We print each of our art pieces on 220gsm acid-free Epson professional matt archive paper using ultra-chrome archival inks. This paper and ink is of the highest quality and will never fade.

All frames come with shatterproof styrene framers glass, which is just as clear as glass if not even clearer but won't have the risk of getting broken in the post.
