What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at sunnydazetshirtco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item and include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. If the damage was on our end we’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Please inspect your package immediately after receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and it looks like your order might be damaged or stained as well, please do not open the package but go to your local post office with it to file a claim. Please do not wear or wash the incorrect or damaged item.

What is your Return Policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at sunnydazetshirtco@gmail.com

Can I exchange and item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at sunnydazetshirtco@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Please make sure that your email is correct at the time of purchase because that is the email that will receive all tracking information. Please note that once the item is shipped and the order has been assigned tracking information; we cannot guarantee the estimated arrival dates that can be given with some tracking information. APPAREL CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
