Please Note: Burlap is an all natural, biodegradable and eco-friendly fiber made from the jute plant. The burlap fabric may contain irregularities of variations in shade and/or weave. These irregularities are characteristics of burlap and should, in no way, be considered a defect. We use the finest burlap available in the industry with an 11oz extra tight premium weave, making it extra strong and durable.

Premium quality burlap to covers the magnetic surface. The premium burlap fabric has consistency in color and weave. As an added quality step, the galvanized steel is painted a matching color so the steel does not show through the fabric.

The photos show our premium white burlap fabric with silver nail heads. You may customize your magnet/cork board! Other burlap fabric colors and nail head finishes are available. Please make your selection at checkout.

Your magnet or cork board comes ready to hang. We use D-rings and picture wire to hang your board. Choose the hanging direction at checkout.

***HOW WE MAKE OUR QUALITY HANDMADE MAGNET AND CORK BOARDS***

Our magnet and cork boards have a solid foundation. We buy SELECT quality 1" x 2" boards to make the frame and we cut the boards to size in our shop. We use galvanized sheet metal and hand cut the sheet metal to size for each magnet board. Our frames are solid and well built.

Love this bulletin board. Yes, it had a slight paint or stain type smell at first, but dissipated within a couple of days. I gave 5 stars for shipping, because although took a number of weeks to ship, due to circumstances beyond their control, once it was sent to me it arrived quickly and was very well packed. I was kept updated on the delay and did not have a problem waiting for it. 5 stars for customer service for the good communication. I got the cork board and some of the thumbtacks broke right away but were easy to replace so no big deal. I would recommend sending stronger tacks since it's going through photos, burlap, and cork. The upholstery tacks work the best. I am enjoying the display of family photos, since I don't have a lot of shelf space for that.
