My disclaimer is that if you are trying to print anything with dark (black) animals or objects, please note they may not show up. Both my original mug and replacement mug were super dark - my black animals were indistinguishable and the overall images were dark. I believe that if you had a lighter image/object or text, the quality would be fine. The physical mug itself is high quality and durable. Lisa has exemplary customer service skills and deserves credit as such - she responds promptly, kindly and professionally, and even sent a replacement product as she thought her team could do better. Ultimately, the replacement wasn't an improvement so Lisa kindly and promptly issued a refund even though I didn't ask for one. I would 100% try ordering from this shop again even though this specific item didn't work out.
