1. It took nearly a MONTH to make its way from Oxford to Cardiff. Ridiculous and not the 2-3 weeks (bad enough) that was promised 2. IT DOESN'T EVEN FIT! I do not have especially large hands at all, and I can't get this bracelet over my hand! Meaning I have completely wasted over £20.00! In fact I would challenge male adult to get this bracelet over their hand! It's like it was made for a 12yr old girl!! First item I've EVER bought of Etsy - and I've bought MANY items from Etsy and from right back when they first started, so over MANY years - that was totally useless. unusable. I'm rather furious frankly.

I have sent you a video to show you how to adjust it so I hope that helps :) My lead time is set to 2-3 weeks (working days not including weekends) as I just had a baby, your order was posted on time and I can see it was delivered 2 days after posting which is reasonable considering 2nd class postage was selected. By default, I usually stamp wording facing outwards around the washer. If you would like a top and a bottom to the washer please let me know. Also, if I can’t fit your text on in the standard font i will use a smaller font.

A little about handstamping before you order...

Using a hammer and punch, every letter is individually stamped by hand. This means the alignment, spacing and depth of each character can vary and they won't always be perfectly straight. This just adds to the quirky charm of every unique hand-stamped item.
