Please make sure to add the correct address with your phone number. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to invalid/incomplete/incorrect address. You may need to pay again for the reshipping if the cause of the delivery failure was incorrect address. If the phone number of the recipient is not provided / the recipient is not available at the address we can not take responsibility either.

The processing time of custom orders may take longer than advertised. Every order is handled as custom order so we can not accept returns and not able to refund them.

I haven't received my item

First we need to make sure that you added the right address. Please note that investigation of lost packages may take up to 30 days so refunds can issued after the investigation is closed. If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you are not in possession of it you will need to contact your local post office for assistance. Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the package is really lost Refund or new product: If the product does not arrive 5-6 weeks after the estimated delivery time

Current turnaround time is 10-15 business days with standard shipping. While we can’t officially guarantee that all orders will be delivered in time and can't take responsibility for delays caused by forwarder companies.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that your customer got in touch with their local post office to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Please make sure you order the correct size by looking at the size chart. No returns or exchanges since all items are made to order.

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?

Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

We accept address change requests within 1 hours after you placed your order. All you need to do is sending a convo. Please note that after purchase there is no option to modify the address in the system, so even if we are able to send your order to the new address, all the notifications will show the old one.
