No, the prints do not come framed.

I like a set of photos, can I change the colors?

Absolutely! Once you choose the image size, click ADD TO CART, write your choice of color in the NOTE TO SELLER section upon checking out. The color chart can be located at the end of each gallery, scroll to the left. I will email you a preview of the set with your chosen colors in case anything needs to be adjusted.

How long will it take to arrive?

What happens if the images are damaged?

Please contact me directly if they were damaged in transit. I will request a photo of the damaged images for my records and to file a claim with the shipping company used. I will replace the prints at no additional cost to you. No need to ship them back to me at any expense either. I want to ensure you get your prints and will make sure that happens.

Can I see a sample of my prints before they arrive?

Yes! I will email you a preview of your order showing the customs colors you chose or name added to ensure your order arrives the way you intended. If you selected a color from the drop down menu and no alterations are needed, prints may not be shown in a preview as the preview would be identical to the listing. Please ensure your email on file with Etsy is up to date as this is where my replies will be sent as well as in Etsy's Conversation on their Etsy App.

Custom and personalized orders

You can customize any package they way you'd like it. Send me a message either prior to ordering or in the NOTE TO SELLER section upon checking out with your request. If you would like a clip art you don't see in my packages, send a message first so I can send a preview for approval. I look forward to creating something cute for your baby's nursery!

Can I download files instead of receiving prints?

Yes, most listings you see in my shop can be purchased as a digital download instead of prints. I would need you to send me a message first and I will create the DIGITAL DOWNLOAD listing for you. It can be customized and personalized the way you like.
