Not at all like the photos. The back cushions have hardly any stuffing in them. They are short and fall through the large wooden slats. As such, the couch is extremely uncomfortable. I sent photos to Luis a few weeks ago and he agreed that the couch should not look this. I'm waiting to see if he corrects this.

We contacted the client and mailed her a new set of cushions free of charge with a firmer foam fill instead of feather.Feather fill cushions require fluffing - Luis

I love my new loveseat! It's beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The two delivery guys were wonderful also. I live on the 5th floor of an old building in NYC (no elevator) with tricky stairs to navigate with large pieces of furniture and they were very careful and to not knock into the walls or banisters. thank you!
