Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately we are not able to offer gift wrapping or custom packaging at this time, sorry peeps it’s a DIY job I’m afraid.

We are unable to offer a personal note with our mugs due to our printing firm facilities.

If you're wondering why your order hasn't arrived within the standard shipping timeframes, don't worry! You can get in touch with us as soon as it's been more than 10 days ( UK) or 30 days ( elsewhere ) since delivery and we'll take a look at what happened. If we don’t hear from you within this time we will assume your mug was delivered all ok.

If you need to change your delivery address, be sure to contact us ASAP! We will do everything in our power for an easy fix. But if the order has already been processed by one of our partners then unfortunately we cannot always accommodate a last minute change; sorry about that.

Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. (usually 3 to 5 days) Estimated shipping times 7-8 days UK 12-25 days Anywhere else During the holiday there are normally shipping delays worldwide. It's hard to give specific estimates but get in touch if you have a deadline.

If you have any other questions then why not get in touch. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
