Custom and personalized orders

I would be happy to work with you on a Custom/Personalized order request. Contact me with detailed information for your order request. I will let you know if it is something I can do and then give you a price quote and set up a "Custom Order" for you if you accept the quote. *** When purchasing a custom/personalized order from IdleTyme Creations you are doing so with the understanding that I may use any photos I have taken of your custom order for sample purposes on Etsy or on Social Media sites such as, but not limited to ~ Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, etc. ***

Can I return a Custom/Personalized order?

NO. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on Custom/Personalized orders, unless there is an error on my part. All sales are Final.

Can I Return or Exchange an item?

I do NOT accept returns or exchanges on items purchased. Please contact me with any questions or concerns regarding an item before purchasing. If for any reason you are totally dissatisfied with your order, please contact me to see if we can resolve any issues to your satisfaction. If an agreement to return an item is made all shipping fees for a returned item will be paid by the buyer. Once I receive the item and determine it is in the same condition as when shipped a refund will then be issued less original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING?

If your item(s) arrives damaged . (1)- Take pictures of item before removing it from the box if possible. (2) Contact/Notify me within 24 hours of receipt of damaged item, and include photos of damaged item. (3) I will open claim with shipping company and contact you with further instructions on returning damaged item. (4) Once the claim is processed and I HAVE RECEIVED the refund from the shipping company I will then immediately refund the Buyer/Purchaser for the damaged item.

HOW ARE SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES CALCULATED?

Shipping & Handling charges include --- The actual cost to ship an item plus insurance and packing supplies used for shipping. If there is more than a $3.00 variance above my cost for shipping & handling I will issue a refund for the difference. If you would like an exact cost for shipping & handling on an item please contact me BEFORE ordering!

How are are items shipped?

All orders/items are shipped via USPS or FEDEX Ground and are insured.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 3 to 10 business days. Custom orders will ship within 1 to 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Please see individual listings for detailed time frames.
