I am so pleased with my items, AND the customer service I received from AJ. I ordered two of the coaster molds right before Ontario went into lockdown. Because of that, there weren't any shipping updates that we could find. I contacted the shop just to see if they were able to find out any extra details, and was so impressed with the quick, thorough explanation. On top of that, when I reached out a month later to see what was happening, I received a prompt refund, as we assumed the item had either gotten lost, or was never unpacked in Canada, and instead sent back to the seller. Of course, I actually ended up getting my package a few days later, and reached out to let AJ know. They were able to set up easy repayment at the same price point for me. Thank you again, and I 100% wouldn't hesitate to order again :)
