Orders are packaged for the purpose of safety during transport, whilst trying to minimise waste. Your order will arrive in a recyclable cardboard envelope, with a plastic sleeve to protect from water damage. Multiple prints of the same size will be packaged in the same plastic sleeve to reduce on plastic waste. If you are giving various prints as gifts and would like them to be individually wrapped, please make a note of it when purchasing.

I do except returns under certain circumstances. Refunds are only made upon receipt of the item in good condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs, and any loss in value.

Orders may be cancelled within one hour of being placed to automatically receive a full refund. Other circumstances may be considered at the seller's discretion. Cancellations will not be accepted once the package has been shipped, even if it has not yet arrived with the customer.

Please be aware that tracking is not provided unless purchased as a shipping upgrade at checkout. Due to the cost of tracking orders it is simply not possible for me to provide as standard. If you would like to be able to track your order, or would like extra peice of mind that it's on its way to you, I would highly recommend adding tracking to your order.
