Why has my tracking number stopped tracking? (International Orders)

For international orders, the orders can be tracked via USPS until it leaves the US. Once the package arrives at the International Post Office, a new label is placed on top of the package to become compatible with your own post office (AUS, Europe, etc.) Please be patience & wait at least 3-4 weeks, before claiming your order as lost. If the order becomes lost after 30 days, we will work with you from there. Thank you for your patience. :) ♡

May I request for a custom order that is not listed on your store?

Yes, we accept custom requests! :) Please message us via etsy messages and we will try to work with you to fulfill your custom request. As a note, all custom orders are not refundable unless broken on arrival - we will offer a partial refund for that.

I need an item for a special occasion, can I request it be shipped quickly?

We cannot always guarantee orders to be shipped on exact days as postal delays can happen. Depending on when you made your order & what shipping time you purchased, please let us know what date you need it by. We will try our best to ship it at the earliest time possible! ♡ Recommended: *Please try to purchase faster shipping, if you are in a need of rushed order. (ex. within a week)

I got the wrong order or someone else's order. Can you replace my order?

Yes we can replace it, please send us a picture of what you received via Etsy messaging. Sorry for the inconvenience! *Sometimes mailing packages may be relabeled depending on the situation (ex. weight change) and placed on the wrong package.

I added the wrong address to my order! Can I request to change my address?

Yes! Please contact us immediately via etsy messaging with the new address and reason for change. The address only can be changed before we ship the item. Otherwise, no changes to the address can be made once it is already shipped.

My purchase was broken shortly after receiving. Can I get a replacement for this?

Yes, we will need a picture the shipping label and of the broken purchase in order to send you a new replacement. The picture can be sent via etsy messaging! This applies to non custom orders only. *Custom orders will get a small refund and directions on how to fix any shipping damages.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

All of our items are made to order/hand painted, incase of special custom request to be added or changed. Some months may be more busy than others so there may be multiple orders ahead of yours. Please be patient with us as there’s only two of us, thank you :)
