The file itself is not editable without layering on top of it. If you don't currently use an editing program, I often suggest loading the design into Canva to add words. Canva is easy to use and free. Simply open Canva, "create new" and upload the design. Then use the Text tool to create your words. Adjust the size color, font, and location of the wording. Then save it. You can download it to your computer from there or you can print directly from Canva too. It's that easy! :)
