I can give a fairly accurate receive-by date for US orders but international shipping times (including Canada) are extremely difficult to pinpoint. I recommend placing international orders 3 weeks ahead of need-by date. I cannot make any guarantees, domestic or international, unless the shipping method allows it.

As a general rule, yes. Exceptions would be anything obviously unworn with tags attached or specialty dry clean items (wool coats, leather, sequins). Please keep in mind that all of my stock is kept in one room with a LOT of vintage items so some less-than-fresh-out-of-the-dryer smell may be present upon receipt.
