All digital download orders are sent automatically to your email after your purchase. You can also access your files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account"➡Go to "Purchases and Reviews". Then navigate to your order and select “Download files”(or click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order). NOTE: You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. Sign into Etsy.com on your mobile browser or computer to download digital files. — If you purchased as a Guest — Your receipt email from Etsy will have a link to download your purchase. Check your spam/junk folders if this email has not yet been received. If you use Gmail, also check your spam or Social/Promotions tab.

Can I have a file size that is not listed?

Of course, message us with your size requirement before purchasing. If your requirements can be met, we will send you a link to download your customized files within 24 hours (but it's usually faster) after purchase

Where can I print my images?

Places where you can print your files: Staples, Target, Costco, Walmart, Office Depot, Officeworks, Shutterfly, Printful, Walgreens, FedEx, SnapFish, MPix, Parabo Press, CVS Photo, Framebrdige etc. Smaller dedicated 'Print and Frame' Shops often offer the best quality. Many of these places have a website that allows for uploading them and having them posted out or you can come there with your files on a USB-drive.

What printing paper to use?

For the best results we recommend to print heavyweight matte photo paper or card stock. Turn off auto color correction in your print settings as some places have it turned on as default.

I do not have a Dropbox account!

Due to size limitations on Etsy downloads, your files will sometimes be delivered via a PDF file with a link to a Dropbox where you can download your files. You do not need a Dropbox account to access your downloads. Simply choose download and wait for the download to proceed. Ignore the prompt to sign up for Dropbox!

Do you allow commercial use?

NO. All our products are for personal use only. Any commercial purposes are prohibited.
