We recommend using white card stock in standard printing size (8.5 x 11). If an A4 file is also provided, then A4 white card stock should be used in countries where this size is applicable (i.e. UK, AU, NZ etc)

If you do not have acess to a desktop computer (needed to access CORJL), and require assistance to edit the text in your template, please contact me via ETSY conversations.

**Please note** Our free editing service applies to text changes in CORJL only. And does not allow for changes to the design, color, orientation or layout of the template.

Our turnaround time for editing and creating a draft for you to review is 48hrs from the time we receive your request.

Non-editable files will be available for instant download via your ETSY account a few minutes after your payment has been processed. Follow the prompts provided by ETSY during payments or find your files under your ‘Purchases and Reviews’ tab.

Please note that at present it is not possible to download digital items via the ETSY app. You will need to access your etsy account via your mobile browsing app, or via a desktop computer.

HOME PRINTER: You can use any desktop printer to print your file, but please ensure you have plenty of ink and set your print to 'high quality' to achieve the best results
Please ensure that you have set your printer to print at 100% or 'actual size.' If you print invites at home and you find the invitation is printing as a full page (rather than acutal size i.e 5x7), please ensure you DO NOT have your print set up as 'print to full page.' or 'scale to full page.'
OFFICE SUPPLY/PRINT SHOP: You can take your files to any print shop such as Officeworks (AU), FedEx, Staples etc. I would recommend downloading a PDF file and taking it on USB to your local print shop.
ONLINE PRINT SHOPS:Most online stores require you to upload a JPEG file

This will be entirely dependant upon the type of printer you use and the quality of ink cartridges if printing at home. Please note that the print quality may also vary between print shops.

It is also possible that the colour may vary between your monitor and print. This is due to colour variations between monitors and not related to the file itself.

MeMo Celebrations always provides a high resolution, professionally created files and is not responsible for the print quality.

Unfortunately we do not offer this service. As we are located in Australia and our customers are mostly based in the USA, it is not cost effective for our customers to have us print and ship the file to them.

We recommend taking the file to a local print store who will print and trim the invitations for you.

In most cases signs larger than 8.5x11 (US) and A4 (AU & UK) will need to printed by an external print shop.

If printing your sign at home please note that not all home printers allow you to print to edge of page. This can mean there is a white border on full colour A4 or US letter prints. It is important to check if you printer has this feature. If not, you may prefer to take the file to a local print shop.

Me-Mo celebrate provides all of our customers with high quality, high resolution files that are set up to industry specifications (we are professional graphic designers).

If your file is not printing as expected, please refer to the 'How do I print my files?' FAQ's for some tips on printing. If working with a print store or online photo store, you will need to chat with them about any concerns regarding the print quality of your template.

Unfortunately, due to the multitude of variations between printers and print houses, we are unable to help with these enquiries.

All invitations are edited through our partner website CORJL. Within 15 minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email from CORJL instructing you on how to acces your file. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address attached to your ETSY account.

If you can’t access your files, the most likely cause is that you do not have the software necessary to open this type of file (such as WinZip). While most computers have no problems opening Zip files, we occasionally hear from customers who cannot download or open the files due to their operating system, privacy settings or software. If you are having difficulties please read the document included with your purchase called 'ImportantInformationPleaseRead.' This will give an alternate method for downloading your files.
