📦 Will my order be shipped discreetly?

All of our packages are shippied discreetly. The exterior of the parcels are unbranded and securely padded for privacy. The sender name is written simple as “Lovely”, rather than our full company name. For orders going outside of the EU, the legally required customs declaration on the parcel describes contents as “fashion accessory”, "wood board", "non-electric massage apparatus", or sometime similarly generic, to ensure total discretion.

💎 Are there any hidden fees, or customs fees to pay on arrival?

All orders placed and shipped within the European Union are free of any additional tax, customs clearance or fees. There will be no extra fee upon arrival of your item or delay by customs. Orders outside of the EU are subject to local tax laws, which vary by country. From our research, we expect that orders to the UK below £135 are free from import taxes. Please research for your own country what the value thresold is for duty-free imports. Generally, low value items cross borders duty fee. For our United States customers, all our parcels to the US are shipped with delivery duty paid (DDP). That means there are no taxes or fees charged on arrival, we handle that for your beforehand. What you pay at checkout is the final price.

Yes! In light of new tariff regulations, our orders to the United States are now consistently sent with import duties and taxes already prepaid. We ask our US customers to kindly have patience with delivery times anyway, as the couriers themselves are still adapting to new and continuously changing conditions for customs processing in the US.

Returns are valid within 21 days of delivery - we require contact with us beforehand to arrange the best possible return method. Items must be in original, unused condition.
