How do I and when can I download my files?

After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. We recommend downloading the instruction sheet to help you choose the correct file for your size requirement.

Where and how do I have my new art printed?

For professional printing in the US, I recommend Prints of Love. They offer high-quality prints and amazing customer service. Simply drop off a USB drive with your files on it, or ask about a website that will allow you to upload your files for printing and delivery so you don't have to lift a finger.

Need a different size or higher resolution?

No problem! If you have a custom frame size and need the design in any other dimensions, please contact me with your size and I can adjust it for you. There will be no additional cost.

Can I print larger sizes with these files?

These prints are all high resolution and can be printed up to around 20x30 inches/A1/50x70 cm. If you're wanting something larger, please enquire first. Large format printing for items like posters does not usually require 300 dpi, as it is not viewed up close, but rather from a distance. My high resolution files are between 3500-6000 pixels wide, but sometimes larger depending on the print. If you're not sure, please feel free to drop me a message with your query.

File 16x20: for printing 4”x5”, 8”x10",16"x20" and 40x50cm sizes.

File 18x24: for printing 6"x8", 9"x12", 12”x16” and 18”x24" sizes.

File 20x30: for printing 4"x6", 6"x9", 8"x12", 10"x15", 12"x18", 16"x24", 20"x30", 24”x36" and 60x90cm sizes.
