Kaguya collection was inspired by the the Japanese animator Hayao Miyazaki's anime ''The Tale of Princess Kaguya'' . The idea came to me to make this collection when i was watching Miyazaki'a animations with my 7 years old son, Miyazaki's imagination is full of love and truth of life, this bowl symbolizes love and truth of life. It is very important to me when i make ceramic to make something that has meaning and history.
This item I named Kaguya salad bowl but it has many functions: you can use it as a soup bowl, or as hot dish bowl.

Also You can fill the bowl with water and put many colourful flowers in it. It will be very nice decoration for your house, garden, balcony in house you can put it by the window or on the floor.

This is ceramic bowl, which is made with white clay,faience, it is handmade and hand painted. At first the bowl is fired under 800 Degrees Celsius its covered with under glaze pigments (black,red,rose and green) and then glazed with transparent glaze in a kiln ,under 1050 Degrees Celsius.
The bowl is fired for two times. this Bowl is multi functional, you can use it as vase also, it is ideal for decorative use of any room in your house (living room bedroom, library, bathroom,office) you can put it on the floor, on the shelf, on window desk, on the table, and also outside the house, you can put it in the garden or balcony. It is an excellent gift for a wedding , birthday, anniversary or any other events. You can also use it as flower pot for example you can plant flowers and other greens.
If you have summer houses the bowl is perfect for them.
You can put fruits and vegetables in it, they look look very nice in them. Also if you have summer house party it is perfect to use as bowl, for serving the guests, for example you can make salads in it, or soup or any other types of food, also it can be used as dish for cocktails like champagne with fruits.

!!!Please keep in mind that the bowl is made of ceramics so its fragile so while washing its better to wash manually!!! don't put it in to dishwasher machine!!!
