Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available on ornament orders only. You can either add it by choosing it at checkout. Or if you are ordering multiple ornaments that you want gift wrapped you can add the gift wrap add-on listing and just leave a note at checkout for which items should be wrapped.

Wholesale availability

I do offer wholesale pricing on bulk orders as well as discounted pricing for special causes (i.e. fundraisers, charities, etc.) Please feel free to message me for more information.

Custom and personalized orders

Almost every item in the shop can be personalized. If you are not sure if an item can be personalized, feel free to reach out. I also accept custom orders. For custom ornaments, please purchase through the custom ornament listing. For all other custom orders, including signs, please message me for more information.

All sizing details can be found under each individual listing. If you are wanting a different size, please feel free to reach out and I would be happy to try and accommodate that for you.

If you are needing an item by a certain date, please feel free to reach out. I try my best to get items to you by that date, but can not guarantee it. During busy seasons, there may be an additional rush fee depending on the item.

All packages are shipped first class USPS. There is an option at checkout to upgrade your shipping if need at an additional cost. Please note, upgrading shipping does not change the processing time. If you are needing your order by a certain date, please reach out so I can try my best to get it to you in time.

Once completing your order, I will prepare it for shipping, print the label, and drop it off at USPS. Once dropped off at USPS, I no longer have any control of it's journey to you. I you notice that the package is no longer moving with the tracking information, I encourage you to reach out to USPS via www.usps.com/help/missing-mail Please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I have no problem reaching out to USPS as well. Sometimes the inquiries are enough to get the package moving again.

Can I update my personalization?

Feel free to message me with any personalization changes. If the item has not been made yet, I will happily make that change for you.

How did I send over portrait or footprint pictures?

You can either send pictures for custom items via Etsy messenger or through email to vaultandterra@gmail.com Please include your order number through email. If sending multiple pictures, please specify which one is which.
