Do you accept custom orders?

Yes.We can produce custom design.Just you send your pictures (min 300 Dpi) and your special Montisu will be ready in fee days

How can I track my order?

We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order from DHL’s official website.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase but unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 30 days after the purchase. But if you like to return your order because you didn’t like it the shipment costs are non-refundable.

What happens if my order came damaged?

Unfortunately, these kind of things are happening occasionally, but don’t worry we can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.

I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock.

We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens just wait a couple of days or contact us via hello@montisu.com so we can fasten the things up.

Can I have an extra discount if I order in bulk?

I could go on and on about my positive experience. Prior to my order, Rüyal answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. I was concerned about international shipping - but I actually got this order in the mail only TWO DAYS after my order! The art is exactly as pictured - so beautiful and fits the theme of our home.
