If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will figure any issues out together to make it right. - Custom or Personalized orders are not eligible for return. - Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. - You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. - Refunds are charged with a 20% Restocking fee and return shipping fee (if applicable)

Make sure you have chosen the the correct size by using the guidelines in our size chart. All clothing are shown in International sizes, through the size guide you will see its equivalent in other systems. Or don't hesitate to contact us for advising correct size for you. Note: All items are made when order, for both standard size and custom size

- Wash satin fabric in cold water. - Always use a chemical-free detergent to preserve its quality. - Do not squeeze satin after washing it or it can create wrinkles and distort its shape. - Drip dry - Cool or steam iron - Dry cleanable

We offer 2 shipping options as follows: - Standard Shipping via Local Post/Courier with 2-3 weeks delivery time depending on country. - Expedited Shipping via DHL/Fedex with 4-7 days delivery time Please check your shipping address carefully before proceed to check-out as we will not be responsible for any wrong address provided

For US shipments update - Effects of Tariff

- For standard shipping, Tariff fee will be submitted in advance so US customers won't have to pay for tariff if they choose this option. Shipping time might be getting longer or delay due to Customs delays of Tariff processing. - For express shipping, Tariff will be applied for clothing to US via Fedex/DHL processing services. Shipping time will be vary 4-7 days only with no Custom delays.

Customs and import taxes

For international order, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I love it!!! The seller is so so helpful. I had messaged the seller asking about making some personal changes to the sleeves for my wedding and they were so nice in helping me understand the process. The dress is so comfortable (a little loose around the waist if that is something important to you), very well made, and is not see through. Highly recommend and will return to this shop for dresses in the future
