Welcome to my shop. I create Ketubahs since 30 years.

No matter the wedding, the language or the options, you have found the team : I am painting and organizing all the information and a licenced Scribbe will calligraph it on authentic fine parchment.

You may ask for models and add any variation you want, We will do our best to satisfy you. During the process, I update you by whatsapp so you can see the creation step by step. It is even more than a ove story, it is your story!

how do you create a Ketubah? how long ? can you customize?

A Ketubah is a religious marriage contract. It specifies the location, date, names of signatories and their witnesses, which commits them, and finally it anticipates in the event of breach of contract.
All that is not very poetic, this is a text of law that only the Rabbi can provide or confirm. A small error would cancel a contract, it requires a lot of rigor.

The translation allows a more personal expression and poetic.

The text is then hand scribbed like on the Torah Scrolls, using the same tools and the same technicals.
I work with a Sofer/scribbe who asks about 3 weeks to write the text in Hebrew by hand. I usuall y need 2 or 3 weeks for my part of the work.

You choose the theme, the colors, the style, the various additions, taking inspiration from models already created that I propose to shop. It can be different too. The model we develop together, your Ketubah, is unique, it is created for you and depending on you. I make the changes according to your comments ...

I send it in express mail wrapped in a tube from Jerusalem .

You will frame it after the wedding because you will sign it during the Chuppah.
