When will my order be shipped?

We will shipping your items as soon as posible after receiving the payment. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the orders is placed. Some complicated order or special occasions may require additional processing time.

How long it takes for my products (bags, kuksa or accessories)to arrive?

We are using 7-14 days Express Shipping by Fedex,EMS, and Kurasi. Sometimes your country's customs inspection may delay delivery by weeks. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. We thank you for your understanding.

Can I return my bag and get refund?

Yes, return and refund is allowed with these following condition: -the bag should be returned on it's new condition and the tag still attached. -cost to return the bag to Almonzs warehouse will be on buyer side. Please contact us directly for any inquiries and steps to return the product.

Is the color/size of item completed the same as what I saw online?

However, the camera's may cause a slight color difference. Our poduct is handcrafted item and make every item will different from one another. This is make our product unique and special.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accepts PayPal as our secure payment and all types of cards that have been provided by Etsy

Will I have to pay taxes on my order?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Seller not responsible for delay due to custom.

Shipping address is different from billing address?

This bag didn't work for me. I was expecting it to have a smaller diameter. It's a final sale. I undertood that when I purchased it. However, the listing also says that if the purchase doesn't work out, the seller will work with you (I don't recall the exact wording). I asked if I could return it for credit, to which she replied no. There was no other way in which she "worked with me". So beware, if it your purchase something from her and it is not to your liking, based on my experience, don't expect her to "work with you" to find a solution.
