Welcome to my store! I will be happy to create a sculpture of your pet from a photograph. The animal replica is created from 100% sheep wool. Please send me a photo of your pet in private messages, the work time is 3-10days, depending on the complexity of the work. After creating the sculpture, I will send the photo for approval and make changes if necessary. You can order a portrait of a cat or dog. I will be happy to make your pet out of wool! We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been prepared and shipped. Delivery usually takes from one and a half to four weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance, so we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time
Refund for custom order:
1) I return 70% of the purchase price if the order was completed and you refused the changes. You pay for my time and material.
2) I return 50% of the purchase price if the order was sent and received by you, but for some reason you decided to return the goods within 30 days after receiving. The amount will be returned as soon as I receive the parcel and the goods will look like I sent them to you. You pay for my time, materials and delivery.
