Accuracy of Print Sizes.

• Although I will do my best to print to the size specified in the listing, actual print sizes may be slightly larger or smaller. The variation may be 2 to 3mm different in length, width or both. This is due to the cutting process employed by the print shop that I use.
• I measure each print as it comes off the printer to ensure it is within the size tolerance above.
• If a print is within the size tolerance above, it cannot be classed as 'defective'.

The print is gorgeous but it arrived seriously bent. It was mailed in a thin cardboard envelope with no additional cardboard or protection. It had gotten wet and bendy from its trip across the Atlantic. I really needed the print for a gift so I did some work and got it to look okay in a frame. The print is truly lovely and special and the person loved it, so all’s well that ends well.
