We do not issue refunds for items that have been "downloaded" or emailed. Due to the nature of digital products, there is no way to undo a download delivery. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. 30 DAY REFUND POLICY Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for files that have not been downloaded or emailed. Due to the nature of our products, and the time that it takes to create them, we do not offer custom orders. We do, however, try to ensure that our products are the best they can be, and offer a wide variety of editable products for you to customize.

Printing: Sizing and Paper Reccomendations

SIZING: Select "Actual Size" in your printer settings. Do not "scale" to any % of the page. This is usually the cause for most printing issues. PAPER RECOMMENDATION: If you're printing a form or planner page, regular printer paper would be ideal. Other items (i.e. Binder Covers, Memory Books etc.) may be better printed on cardstock, depending on intended use.

Printing at a Print Shop

Printable products from our shop are able to be printed at a print shop, however, "editable" products may have compatibility issues with the font style which could result in printing difficulties. To ensure that you do not encounter a problem, it is best to first contact your local print shop to verify that they have the same font used in your editable. To identify which font was used, open the file in Adobe Reader, highlight the text and press Control + E (Windows), or Command + E (Mac). If your print shop does not have the same font, you will want to modify the font style in your editable to a style offered by your print shop.

Editing Text Size, Style and Color

If you purchase an "editable" printable, you are able to customize the text size, style and color in Adobe Reader. Detailed instructions for how to do this are included with each purchase. Please note: Editing as described is not possible without opening the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Security Settings on Printables

Our products come with security settings that protect our creative rights, and uphold our copyright policy. These measures are necessary to guard against piracy of our products and are non-optional. We do, however, offer editing within our "Editable" products which is limited to the "editable form fields" themselves, and are not affected by security settings. All other editing is prohibited.
