Hello :) this amazing crown is made of metal flowers and sparkling rhinestones. We call this beautiful tiara the Dandelion halo in the atelier. This headpiece is extravagant, but at the same time light and pleasant to wear. With the crown, you will immediately be the center of attention. To make the crown, we used top-quality rhinestones, Czech glass beads and costume jewellery components. I can imagine this tiara for a wedding, maternity shoot, prom, Halloween, Burning man festival or any other special event. This crown was made for the goddess that you are.

We offer this stylish crown in silver, black and gold base colors with white, silver, lavender and red stones. If you do not choose from the current offer, write to us, we can custom-make the crown in the colors you wish.

PRODUCTION
Every piece carries our own style, our know-how. It is a precise handwork. The basis is quality materials that are custom made. The base of the crown is made of wire and jewelry components. Such as are cut gemstones, minerals, resin and glass rhinestones, custom-made glass pearls which are hand-dyed and custom-made filigrees. It takes a few days to produce easier crown and a week or two to produce a demanding one.

DELIVERY
Shipment of the product depends on whether the product is in stock and also on how long the production time is. You can see this information in the description of each product. If you are in a hurry to place your order, please let us know before purchasing in a message. We will try to do everything for your satisfaction.
Standard free shipping in EU takes about 4-8 business days, for USA 10-15 business days and for the rest of the world 15-25 business days. It depends on post office services and we cannot affect that. Shipping time is estimated and based on real delivery times. Shipping time is not guaranteed. Also could be delayed because of Covid worldwide pandemic situation.
You can upgrade the shipment to UPS (in the shipping settings at the checkout), which will guarantee the delivery time of your order within 2 - 4 working days, depending on your country. UPS service costs depends on size of your ordered product. The price is in range from 25-50 €.

Please note, that all of our designs are handmade and two products are not exact copies. Ordered product will not be the same one as in photos, but another one, made by hands followings the same pattern.

We are committed to providing best possible customer service and the client satisfaction is extremely important to us. We always aim to find satisfying solution to any claims received. Therefore once we receive one and agree on the details, we are open to accepting returns and issuing a refund for an unworn product shipped back to us in the original packaging. The refund is issued once the item reaches our studio. The shipping cost for returning an item must be covered by the customer.

As a seller we are unable to take responsibility for items that are lost, damaged or not delivered by the postal services / shipping companies. On a very rare occasion when the item is not delivered in time, despite being despatched from our studio, we will file a claim to the postal services / shipping company. The claim requires 30 days processing time to be resolved. If the lost parcel is not retrieved and delivered within those 30 days, we will only then issue a refund for the lost item.

Unclaimed orders that were returned will be re-sent after payment for the second shipping is received.

This is an absolutely incredible piece of artwork. Packaged so very well and arrived quickly. It sits well balanced on the head magically perfect and is not heavy. Absolutely recommend.
