The cup is absolutely stunning. I asked the seller for some custom adjustments (like cup size etc) and they were super patient and kind walking me through the entire order. The mug was made just as I imagined it and arrived very carefully packaged all the way to Japan. My mom is super jealous of my new mug. i will definitely be ordering more from here!!
