Holy Stitchin will not send another item if customer doesn't like the font they chose. Customers may request a preview of the font before purchase to insure that they like the font before purchasing. Please check your Etsy messages to approve font. If there's no response of preview in 24 hours , we will assume you approve the preview and will continue with your order. If requesting a monogram please give full name and the initial order will be placed for you. If no font, monogram or thread choice is selected, then Holy Stitchin will select these for you. Ask questions if pocket functionality is important to you on personalized items. Personalization might affect the pocket on some items. No refunds or returns on Personalized items.

Customers are responsible for looking at sizing details before ordering. Not all items and clothing is to the exact same size.

Please read care instructions. Holy Stitchin will not refund or exchange a item that has been washed.

Return Policy on Non Personalized Items

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If refund is approved once returned, Holy Stitchin will refund less the amount of what the actual cost of shipping was for mailing out the item plus 3.25% Etsy fee on the shipping.

What if I put the wrong address and the item is return back to Holy Stitchin7?

Please double check address' before checking out to see where package is being mailed to. Holy Stitchin7 isn't responsible for orders shipped to a wrong address. If the address you supplied on the invoice is wrong, you will be responsible for paying the actual cost to reship the item out.

Holy Stitchin is NOT responsible for any shipping delays because of USPS, UPS and FedEx. Iwill do all I can to get items out on time or before & will help with any issues but I can not control the shipping once it's in the shippers possession including lost packages.

If shows delivered. Please check with other Family Members in the Household and neighbors. Call your Local Post Office and have them GPS the location of drop off and talk to the carrier of the date of delivery. If taking time to get to you inform your local Post Office so they may put out a alert on the package. Also inform me and I will also put in a Missing Mail Claim to alert the Delayed Package.

Changes to Order in a Message after it is placed?

Please make sure and go over your order to make sure your information is correct. Choose the correct item that you want if there is a selection menu. Make sure the Name is spelled correctly and in correct Case setting ( I copy and paste whatever you put for the personalization. ), have the correct thread color and correct font. ANY CHANGES MADE IN MESSAGES AFTER A ORDER IS PLACED ISN'T GUARANTEED. I try to accommodate changes, but during peak ordering times it's NOT GUARANTEED!
