My favorite yoga mat! Large enough to fit at entire 6' tall body and made to fold in 3 and roll up for convenient storage in the provided bag, which is large enough to fit a few more items. This is a superior purchase to the more expensive yogakharga mat with a rubber bottom as the courser bottom material also acts as nonslip but still allow great grounding current to pass through from the Earth. I pray this seller and item gets more recognition. <3
