What do I do if my package is lost domestically?

Once shipped with tracking, it is out of our hands. For items not received within 2 weeks of shipping, Please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf! If unable to resolve with carrier, we will ship replacement! For items delivered but not received, it becomes a carrier issue but will offer replacement at 50% off. It is then the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office and neighbors. Consider priority shipping if worried because it is insured and guaranteed even if lost!

What to do if my package is lost internationally?

Once marked as shipped with international tracking and customs ID, it is no longer our responsibility unless package is returned to us due to improper documentation. For items at customs, it is the buyer's responsibility to pick up and pay duties on their packages. We will not refund you because you don't want to pick it up. For items marked as delivered but not received, please wait up to 2 weeks since first marked as delivered because international packages may be held at customs for weeks. This is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with their local carrier. We do not refund international shipping fees on lost packages.

Is the cropped option hemmed?

Unless item is specifically stated that it is hemmed, it will be a raw hem on all cropped options!

My slut loves this top! I bought it a size smaller than she normally wears to show her off. It's very soft and when washed retains it's shape. The letters are different colors and really sparkle in the sun, it's sure to grab attention in a crowd!
