All items must be returned exactly as received and safely packaged. We will issue a refund, after the item is inspected, MINUS the shipping costs and handling fees.

Yes, all our jewelry are made with solid/real gold, including the chains and the clasps.
They are NOT gold-plated or gold-filled.
Our jewelry are hallmarked with '375' for 9K gold, '585' for 14K gold and '750' for 18K gold.

We accept exchanges. You need to contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery under our instructions. All shipping costs back and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. The new item's price needs to be of the same or higher value. Shipping costs are not refundable.

▷ All metals tend to oxidize over time. This is most noticeable in jewelry with high polished finish. You can maintain their original luster using simple liquid for polishing silver. Rub thoroughly with a soft cloth, then lather up with dishwashing liquid (you can use a toothbrush) and rinse with lukewarm water.
▷ Avoid touching your jewelry with perfume, hairspray, polish remover, lotions or any other kind of chemicals.
▷ Avoid wearing your jewelry in the pool. Chlorine can destroy polish.
▷ Store your jewelry in a clean and dry place inside their box or in a plastic zip-bag.
▷ In order to avoid tangled chains, be mindful when you take your jewelry off and always close the chains before storing them.
