Who is responsible for mis-delivered or undelivered items?

You are, if you provided me with incorrect shipping information. I must have your correct USPS (post office) address. If you prefer another carrier (FedEx or UPS) to deliver your item, the address needs to be in the format acceptable to that carrier. *CHECK to make sure your last name, street number, street name, city, state and zip code are correct. I am not responsible for USPS, UPS or FedEx mistakes. They rarely but can happen. If tracking shows a package has been delivered when it has not, you will need to file a lost mail report. If theft is taking place, your local post office and law enforcement agencies will be better able to assist you.

Yes, handmade by me, new items are available (cat hammocks, cat toys, cat beds, people masks, gifts,etc.). Craft items such as patterns, may be new or vintage. Books are vintage. Expect vintage items to have normal wear, aging, possibly an inscription. I try to list any and all issues so please read the descriptions.

“These cat beds were a custom order. Carolyn responded to my initial question vert quickly. Then, when we about how to proceed she created a custom listing quickly as well. I placed the order and the items arrived sooner than expected. The quality of the beds is amazing, definitely beyond my expectations! Additionally, we talk about my fue-babies which is always a plus for me.”
